If your packaged is delivered in a damaged condition or you received a defective piece, you may inform us about the same in 48 hours of receiving the order for a full refund or exchange.
You will need to e-mail us the Proof of Damage along with the Order Number to make your claim.Please note that the package must be unused and in it's original packaging with original tags and bills intact. Failing which the refund will not be processed.
